Orange Dreamsicle Fiber Smoothie

Heads up: This page does contain affiliate links. I only recommend products I personally choose and approve of.

This is one reason why I personally supplement my fiber. I use Naked Nutrition’s fiber supplement as it’s one ingredient + baobab powder instead of psyllium husk. It’s gentler on the stomach comparatively, and it is chock full of B vitamins that you miss if you just use psyllium husk!

I don’t have a discount code, but I DO have an affiliate link if you’re wanting to try and would like to support me in the process. Check it out here: Fiber Supplement – Naked Nutrition

It does have a fruity taste—so I love mixing it with my orange juice in the morning but especially love making this recipe here anytime of the day.

You get ⅓ of your daily fiber from just one drink, and you can pair it with your favorite cereal (add dairy or soy milk for protein), frozen sausage patties, or a slice of protein toast for a rounded breakfast.

Enjoy!

Notes

Fiber is one of the most important food groups for us with ADHD—and it’s unfortunately not that easy to get if you’re averse to most plants (beans, grains, veggies, etc).
