Protein French Toast

What if you could just freeze a bunch of French toast sticks and pop them in the microwave every single morning and know that 1 serving will be 33g of protein and 16g of fiber?
PER 2 SLICES: Protein: 36g Fiber: 12g (16g with 1c blueberries)

Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices protein bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 TBSP milk
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 TBSP ground flaxseed sprinkle on top 1 TBSP per slice
  • OPT for eating: blueberries raspberries, maple syrup, Greek yogurt

Equipment

  • Pan/Griddle, Microwave, Freezer

Method
 

  1. Mix egg, milk, and cinnamon in a square container
  2. Soak bread slice in mixture thoroughly
  3. Place on preheated pan and sprinkle 1 TBSP flax seed on top
  4. Cook on both sides
  5. If you make the whole bag, slice into sticks and freeze in a baggie. In the morning, microwave them for 1 minute and enjoy!
